You have permission from Coach Ricci to be here.
You understand that a record will be kept of when you are here for contact tracing purposes.
You confirm you do not have any symptoms that would warrant you not being out in public.
You will always wear your face mask while on the premises except where noted.
You can take your face mask off only with expressed permission from the instructor and when you are on the center line of your lane (four feet before the shooting line up to the target.) There are other designated areas where you can take your face mask off. See Coach or instructors for details. If a class is in session face masks will be worn at all times. Spectators need to keep their face masks on when walking about. If they are seated and there is at least 9 feet distance from another person, they may take their face mask.
You will put your mask on if you need to go behind the targets to retrieve arrows.
You will put your equipment together at your car.

You will arrive at the range at the designated time and location area.
You will wipe down your target prior to use and after you are done. (Sanitation box is provided to include 2 rolls paper towels. 2 spray bottles -one can be kept in the far range and one with the box- hand sanitizer, wipes, soap for the restroom in case there is none in there, a plastic bag for the used paper towels, bug spray, sun screen and band aids.) Keep in mind that after touching any of these items, you should use hand sanitizer and then wipe that bottle down.
Maximum number of archers present at one time is 11 (plus Coach and instructors.)
Parents/non archers will stay in the designated spectator area. Maximum number of spectators will be 2 per archer. if there are more than that, the archer will ask them to return to their car.
You will follow all the Safety Rules established at Archers Artemis. If you see something that is unsafe you will let Coach Ricci know.
Your own equipment
Put it together at your car. Do not let anyone else touch it. Wipe it down often.
Our equipment
When you arrive at the sanitation station you will use hand sanitizer. Your bow, quiver, arrows, arm guard and bow stand will be waiting for you. They would have been washed down by a staff member who has sanitized their hands before hand. No one else will touch your equipment until you are done with it. When you are done you will leave everything in the designated area.
