Greetings from the State Archery Association of Massachusetts,
Registration for the 2023 JOAD Outdoor Championship (1440 Youth Divisions) and accompanying SAAM Summer FITA (1440 Senior & Masters Divisions) on July 8-9 are closing this Friday, June 30––only three days away!
Registration continues for the 2023 Massachusetts Outdoor State Championship (1440) August 5-6 and SAAM’s final event of the outdoor season, the 2023 Nor’Easter(Qualifications/Eliminations/Team Round) on August 19-20. The Nor’easter is an unofficial northeast regional tournament and an excellent practice format for USA Archery Outdoor Nationals occurring a few weeks later.
If you are interested in a single day outdoor tournament, our friends at Pioneer Sportsmans club are hosting the NH JOAD and State Outdoor Championship Saturday, August 12. (Dunbarton, NH) For additional tournaments, check out our events page.
All the above tournaments are USA Archery sanctioned events.
Both JOAD and MA Outdoor Championships are state ranking events, in addition to MA state records. All four SAAM events will be held at the YMCA fields in Hopkinton. Hopefully the weather will cooperate a little more!
